Our Instructors

Adriene Ingalls, MA, CPT, E-RYT 500, RPYT, SYT, RS, FMT2, CFSS, IMTC, RTP, ST, C-IAYT is a multi-certifed Master Trainer and the Founder of Flexibility Lab. She has completed a variety of Stretching Certifications and has worked in the fitness and wellness industries for over 20 years. Adriene has studied and worked with many of the top Leaders in both industries. In addition to Flexibility Lab, Adriene manages two Pilates & Yoga Studios in New York.

Adriene is an accomplished Classical Pianist who has been performing for over 20 years. She is also a certified Yoga Therapist, Master Stretch Therapist, Master Resistance Stretching Instructor, Classical Pilates Instructor, Yoga Instructor, Personal Trainer, Kettlebell Instructor and Thai Bodywork Practitioner. She worked as a Master Instructor Trainer for several fitness companies for fifteen years, including Spinning, Resistaball, Peak Pilates, and has certified over 5,000 Instructors in the United States, Canada and Europe. Adriene currently teaches Instructor Masterclasses and Certifications in Pilates, Yoga, Yoga Therapy, Personal Training and Resistance Stretching as well as specialty and continuation education workshops for Advanced Instructors.

Adriene’s interest in, and extensive study of Anatomy, Knesiology, Biomechanics, Resistance Stretching, Stretch Therapy, Yoga Therapy, and a variety of other therapeutic modalities has led to her specializing in working with Professional Athletes, Classical Musicians, people with chronic pain & injuries, Backcare/Scoliosis, Prenatal/Postpartum, Osteoporosis, Heart Disease & Cancer, Seniors, and other Special Populations.

Adriene is also a NYC Marathoner, Competitive Cyclist and Avid Weightlifter and can be found running, cycling, lifting weights or performing recitals when not teaching piano, clients or Instructor workshops.
