Flexibility Lab: Introduction to RESISTANCE STRETCHING

This 3- hour workshop is designed to introduce participants to the concepts, principles, and practice of The Flexbility Lab Method of Resistance Stretching. You will learn 16 beginner self stretches as well as the basics of resistance stretching. Please dress comfortably as you will be doing a lot of movement. You will also be able to work at your own pace. This is a great introduction to our Method of Resistance Stretching and is open to people of all ages and abilities.

MASHING WORKSHOP

Mashing can be used before resistance stretching, after resistance stretching or on its own. It is a great way to warm up before exercise and to flush the body out afterward.

We will learn how to mash various muscle groups and cover the entire body in this one day workshop. Using our foot “mashing” you will work on others and be worked on for seven hours. Dress comfortably and bring a mat with you. This workshop is open to all levels and experience.
